Edge-to-edge everything
Print the sleeves, the seams, the whole shirt. Sublimation has no print-area box to design inside — the garment is the canvas.
Custom Sublimation
Sublimation turns ink into dye that bonds with the fabric itself, so your design becomes part of the garment. That means edge-to-edge, all-over color with zero added weight and nothing to crack or peel — ever. It's how the pros do jerseys, and it's how we do them too.

Why it works
Print the sleeves, the seams, the whole shirt. Sublimation has no print-area box to design inside — the garment is the canvas.
The dye lives inside the fibers, not on top of them. The design lasts as long as the garment does.
There's no ink layer to trap heat. Performance fabrics stay light and breathable — ideal for athletes mid-game.
Names, numbers, and even different colorways cost nothing extra to change — each piece is printed individually anyway.
Behind the craft
Your design is printed in reverse onto transfer paper with sublimation inks, then heat and pressure turn that ink into a gas that bonds permanently with polyester fibers. It only works on polyester and poly-blend light-colored garments — which is exactly what performance wear is made of.
Because every piece is printed individually, sublimation is the champion of personalization: rosters with names and numbers, one-off colorways, sponsor logos placed anywhere. Send us your roster and our artists will handle the rest.
FAQ
Straight answers before you order — and a real person on the phone if you'd rather just ask.
Sublimation bonds with polyester, so it works on polyester and high-poly-blend garments in white or light colors. For cotton shirts or dark garments, we'll recommend DTF or screen printing instead — and we'll tell you honestly which fits your project.
Yes — that's sublimation's superpower. Designs can run edge to edge, across seams, over sleeves, front and back. If you can dream it flat, we can wrap it around a jersey.
No. The dye is inside the fabric, not sitting on top, so there's nothing to crack, peel, or rub off. Colors stay vivid for the life of the garment with normal washing.
Absolutely, and it doesn't cost extra per change — each piece is printed individually. Send us your roster spreadsheet and we'll take it from there.
