Is there a minimum order for custom hats?
Yes, headwear has a minimum order — it is a modest one, and we will confirm the exact number for the style you pick when we quote it. Hats are also a popular add-on to shirt and polo orders, and we will happily match thread colors across your whole kit.
Can small text be embroidered on a hat?
Up to a point — thread has a physical limit, and hat fronts are curved. If your logo has very fine text, we'll tune the artwork or suggest a patch, which handles small detail beautifully. Either way, you'll see a proof first.
