Embroidery

Embroidery that makes your business look established

There's a reason the most trusted businesses in town wear stitched logos: embroidery reads as quality before anyone says a word. From left-chest polos to jackets and caps, our machines lay down clean, dense stitching that looks professional up close and holds up to real work.

What Embroidery is best for

  • Best for:
  • Company polos & workwear
  • Left-chest logos
  • Hats & caps
  • Jackets & quarter-zips

Why it works

What you get with our embroidery

Instantly professional

A stitched logo carries a weight print can't match. It's the difference between a shirt with a logo on it and a uniform.

Seriously durable

Thread doesn't crack, fade, or peel. Embroidered gear gets washed, worked in, and worn daily for years and keeps looking sharp.

Digitizing done right

We convert your logo into a stitch file by hand-tuning the details — so small text stays readable and curves stay smooth.

Sized to your crew

You don't have to outfit an army. Embroidery does carry a minimum, and we'll tell you exactly what it is for your garment when we quote it — no surprises.

Behind the craft

How our embroidery works

First, your logo is "digitized" — converted into a stitch map that tells the machine every needle movement, thread color, and density. This step is where good embroidery is won or lost, and it's where our attention to detail pays off. We match thread colors to your brand and adjust the file for the specific garment, because stitching on a structured cap behaves differently than on a soft polo.

Then the machines do their thing while our team watches the details: tension, registration, clean trims. You get back gear that looks as good on the twentieth wash as it did in the bag.

FAQ

Embroidery questions

Straight answers before you order — and a real person on the phone if you'd rather just ask.

Can you embroider my existing logo?

Yes. Send us your logo in whatever format you have — we'll digitize it into a stitch file and tune it so it sews cleanly. If parts of the design are too fine for thread, our artists will suggest small adjustments that keep the look intact.

What items can be embroidered?

Polos, button-downs, jackets, quarter-zips, sweaters, caps, beanies, bags, and more. If a hoop can hold it, we can probably stitch it — ask us about anything unusual.

Is there a minimum order for embroidery?

Yes — embroidery involves a one-time digitizing setup for new logos, so there is a minimum order. It is not a big one, and we will confirm the exact number for your garment when we quote it. Once your logo is digitized, the stitch file is on hand for every reorder.

Embroidery or screen printing — which should I choose?

A quick rule of thumb: embroidery for polos, hats, jackets, and anything worn to represent your business; screen printing for t-shirts, event gear, and bigger casual runs. Not sure? Tell us how the gear will be used and we'll give you a straight recommendation.
