Color that pops
Ink sits rich and opaque on the garment — even bright designs on dark shirts stay bold and true to your brand colors.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is the workhorse of custom apparel, and it's where DDESIGNS got its start. Thick, vibrant ink laid directly into the fabric gives you rich color and a print that survives season after season of washing. If you need shirts for the whole team, the whole school, or the whole company, this is usually the way to go.

Why it works
Ink sits rich and opaque on the garment — even bright designs on dark shirts stay bold and true to your brand colors.
A properly cured screen print outlasts just about any other decoration method. Your gear still looks good when the season's over — and the next one, too.
Once your screens are made, each additional shirt gets more affordable. Bigger orders stretch your budget further.
Every run is printed and checked by our own production team in Springfield — not shipped off to a warehouse somewhere.
Behind the craft
Each color in your design is burned onto its own fine mesh screen, then ink is pulled through the screens one color at a time, layer by layer, directly onto the garment. It's part craft, part chemistry — and after nearly two decades of it, we've got the recipe down.
Send us your artwork in whatever shape it's in. Our artists will separate the colors, recommend the right garments for your budget, and send you a proof to approve before anything touches the press. Then we print, cure, count, and fold — and your gear is ready on the delivery date set when you ordered, looking sharp.
FAQ
Straight answers before you order — and a real person on the phone if you'd rather just ask.
Screen printing shines on runs of about a dozen or more, since each color requires its own screen setup. Need fewer? No problem — our DTF printing handles small batches and one-offs with no minimum at all, and we'll steer you to whichever method fits your order best.
Multi-color designs are our bread and butter. Each color adds a screen, so simpler designs cost less — but if your artwork needs six colors, we'll print six colors. Our artists can also simplify artwork to save you money without losing the look.

Delivery dates are set at the time of purchase, so you'll always know exactly when your order will arrive. Tell us your event date up front and we'll confirm the delivery date before we start — we've saved more than a few event-week emergencies.
