Seen from across the lot
Full-color printing across the top, valances, and walls makes your booth easy to find in a row of plain white tents.
Custom Canopies
A custom canopy turns a plain pop-up tent into a booth people can spot from across the field. Your logo, colors, and message are printed in full color across the canopy top, valances, and sidewalls, so your setup looks polished and professional at every vendor event, trade show, tournament, and festival. Pick a 10×10, 10×15, or 10×20 size, and we'll help you lay out a design that works from every angle.

Why it works
Full-color printing across the top, valances, and walls makes your booth easy to find in a row of plain white tents.
Logos, colors, photos, patterns, and your message can all go on. Put your name on every side so people see it from any direction.
Dye-sublimation bonds the ink into the fabric itself, so the design won't crack or peel the way a vinyl decal or painted-on print can.
Choose your size, then add valances and full or half sidewalls to fit how you actually work your booth.
Behind the craft
It starts with a size. A 10×10 canopy fits most vendor spaces and team sidelines, a 10×15 gives you a little more room to work, and a 10×20 is built for bigger displays and busy booths. Tell us where you'll be setting up and how you use your space, and we'll help you pick what fits.
Then we plan the pieces. The canopy top is the part people see from far away, the valances (the flaps that hang around the edge) are the natural spot for your name and logo at eye level, and sidewalls turn the tent into a backdrop, a windbreak, or a little shade for your team. Mix and match to fit your setup and your budget.
Our in-house artists take it from there. Send your logo, brand colors, and any message you want on it — rough idea or finished files, either is fine. We lay out the design on each panel and send you a proof to approve before anything is printed, so you know exactly how your canopy will look.
Canopies are printed with dye-sublimation, the same process behind all-over sublimated jerseys. The design is dyed into the polyester fabric instead of sitting on top of it, so you get bold, full-color graphics edge to edge with nothing to crack or peel. Once it's printed, your canopy is ready on the delivery date set when you order.
A canopy pairs well with the rest of your event gear, too. Matching staff shirts, embroidered hats, and branded giveaways from our promotional products line make the whole booth look like it belongs together — and you can order it all from one local shop in Springfield.
FAQ
Straight answers before you order — and a real person on the phone if you'd rather just ask.
We offer the three most popular pop-up sizes: 10×10, 10×15, and 10×20. A 10×10 fits most vendor spaces and team sidelines, while the larger sizes give you more room for displays and busy booths. Not sure which you need? Tell us where you'll be setting up and we'll help you choose.
All of them. We print the canopy top, the valances around the edge, and sidewalls, and you can choose how much of the tent to customize. Many customers put their logo on the top and valances and add a printed back wall as a backdrop.
Dye-sublimation uses heat to turn ink into a dye that bonds with the polyester fabric. Because the design becomes part of the fabric rather than a layer on top, you get full-color, edge-to-edge graphics that won't crack or peel.
Yes. Our in-house artists will lay out your logo, colors, and message on each panel and send a proof for you to approve before anything is printed. You can start with finished artwork or just a rough idea.
