Who we are

DDESIGNS, LLC is a custom apparel and promotional products company in Springfield, Missouri. You can reach us at 417-839-5222 orddesigns@live.com with any question about this policy or about information we hold on you.

What we collect

There are only two ways this site collects anything about you.

The quote form

When you fill out the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your name, your organization or team (if you give one), your email address, your phone number (if you give one), what you're looking for, and any details you add about the project.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and roughly where visitors come from. It sets cookies and collects standard technical information such as your general location (city level, not an address), device and browser type, the pages you view, and the site or search that sent you here. We use this to understand what's useful on the site — not to identify you personally.

How we use it

• To prepare and send you a quote, and to answer your question.
• To follow up about an order or a project you asked us about.
• To keep a record of quote requests so nothing gets lost.
• To understand which parts of the site are working and which aren't.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We don't send marketing emails to people who only asked for a quote.

Who else touches your information

We use a few outside services to run the site and deliver your message. They only handle your information to provide that service to us:

• Vercel — hosts the website and stores the record of form submissions.
• Resend — delivers your form submission to our inbox as an email.
• Google Analytics — website traffic measurement.

Beyond that, we'll only share information if we're legally required to — for example, in response to a valid legal request.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept as a business record so we can look up past jobs and conversations. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule for our property. If you'd like your quote request removed, email us and we'll take care of it.

Your choices

• Ask us what we have, or ask us to delete it. Emailddesigns@live.com and tell us what you'd like. We'll confirm when it's done.
• Opt out of analytics. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install Google'sopt-out browser add-on.
• Skip the form entirely. Calling us at417-839-5222 works just as well.

Children

This site is meant for businesses, schools, and organizations, and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them. We work with plenty of schools and youth teams — in those cases we deal with the coach, parent, or administrator placing the order, not with students.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions travel encrypted. No website can promise perfect security, but we keep access to quote records limited to the people at DDESIGNS who need it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the effective date at the top.
