Churches & Camps

Shirts your whole congregation will actually wear

VBS week, summer camp, a mission trip, a fall kickoff. Whatever your ministry calendar looks like, we help churches around Springfield turn a theme into shirts that hold up through a week of games, buses and craft glue. Dave and Stephanie have been doing this since 2008, and they understand that your headcount changes right up until the week before. Bring us the theme and we will handle the rest.

What you get with DDESIGNS

Toddler through adult in one order

VBS means three-year-olds and grandparent volunteers wearing the same design. We print the full size range on garments that feel right at each end of it, so the little ones are comfortable and the adults get something they will wear again.

Different shirts, same theme

Campers in one color, counselors in another, staff in an embroidered polo. We can run variations on a single theme so leaders are easy to spot in a crowded gym or across a camp field, without designing everything from scratch.

Free stores for the flexible orders

For retreats and mission trips where families order individually, we set up a free online store. Free to set up, free to keep open, no monthly fee. Everyone picks their own size and pays their own way, and your ministry budget stays where it belongs.

Timing you can build a schedule around

Camp starts when camp starts. Your delivery date is set at the time of purchase, so you always know exactly when your order will arrive and can plan volunteer training and check-in day around it.

How it works

Custom shirts for VBS, camp and church ministries

Church orders tend to have a theme, a deadline and a headcount that is still moving. That is normal, and we plan for it. Bring us the theme art your curriculum came with, or a rough idea sketched on a legal pad, and we will build a proof around it. We will also be honest about what prints well. A design with eight colors and fine detail behaves differently on a kids tee than a clean two-color layout does.

Screen printing is the usual choice for a full VBS or camp run and carries a minimum we confirm at quote. DTF printing has no minimum, which makes it a good fit for a handful of counselor shirts or a small group that decided to order late. Embroidered polos suit your welcome team and office staff, and drawstring bags, water bottles and other promotional items round out a camp week nicely.

FAQ

Churches & Camps questions

Straight answers before you order — and a real person on the phone if you'd rather just ask.

We do not have a final headcount yet. Can we still get started?

Absolutely. Start with your artwork and a best guess, and we will get a proof in front of you while you keep gathering registrations. We will let you know the point where the count needs to be locked in so the order stays on schedule.

Can we print youth and toddler sizes alongside adult shirts?

Yes, and we do it for VBS every spring. We will help you pick a garment that works across the whole range and talk through how the design should scale down so it still looks right on a small shirt instead of covering the entire front.

Can counselors and campers have different shirts?

That is one of the most common requests we get. Same theme, different shirt colors or a slightly different back print so leaders stand out. We will lay it out so both versions clearly belong to the same week.

When will our shirts arrive?

Your delivery date is set at the time of purchase, so you always know exactly when your order will arrive. Tell us the first day of camp or the Sunday you want to hand them out, and we will confirm the timing before you approve the proof.
