Make your mission easy to spot and easy to support
A shirt does a lot of work for a nonprofit. It marks your volunteers at a cleanup, thanks the sponsors who made the walk happen, and turns a supporter into a walking reminder of what you do. We help Springfield organizations put together event tees, volunteer gear and awareness apparel that respects the budget, and we build free fundraising stores that raise money without any inventory risk.
We build your store free, and it stays open free with no monthly fee. Supporters order and pay directly, so your group does not front cash for inventory or end the campaign with three boxes of unsold XLs in a closet.
Sponsor logos laid out right
Sponsors who paid for a spot on the back of the shirt should be able to read their name on it. We will arrange tiers cleanly so the top sponsor stands out, everyone else is legible, and the front of the shirt still belongs to your cause.
Volunteers easy to find in a crowd
One bright color across your volunteer team, and attendees know exactly who to ask. We can print a second version for team leads or committee members so your organizers stand out at the registration table.
Careful with donor dollars
We will give you honest options at different price points and tell you where spending more actually shows and where it does not. You are spending money people gave you on purpose, and we treat it that way.
How it works
Event shirts, volunteer gear and fundraising for community organizations
Community group orders almost always come with a hard event date and a headcount that is a best guess. Start with your artwork, your event date and a range, and we will help you land on a number that covers your volunteers without leaving you holding a case of leftovers. If you would rather not guess at all, a fundraising store lets supporters order their own size and pay their own way, and you print what people actually bought.
Screen printing is the practical choice for a 5K or a big awareness event, and it carries a minimum we confirm at quote. DTF printing has no minimum, which is handy for a small board or committee run. Embroidered polos work for staff at a gala or an information booth, and promotional items like tote bags, magnets and drinkware give donors something useful with your name on it.
Straight answers before you order — and a real person on the phone if you'd rather just ask.
Can we put our sponsor logos on the shirts?
Yes, and we do it constantly for walks and 5Ks. Send us whatever logo files the sponsors provided and tell us the tiers. We will lay out the back so the presenting sponsor reads clearly and the rest are still legible, then show you a proof before anything prints.
How does a fundraising store work, and what does it cost to run?
It costs nothing. We build the store free, and it stays open free with no monthly fee. We set it up with your design and items, you share the link with supporters, and they order and pay directly. There is no inventory to buy up front and nothing left over at the end.
We do not know how many volunteers will show up. What do we order?
Tell us your registered count and your best guess at walk-ups, and we will talk through a size spread that covers you sensibly. For groups that would rather not guess, an online store lets people order their own sizes ahead of the event instead.
Can you match the specific color our awareness campaign uses?
Usually, yes. Bring us the color you need and we will show you the closest garment and ink options and be straight with you about how close the match will be, so there are no surprises when the box shows up.
