We are a family-run shop right here in Springfield, and we have been printing for local schools, PTOs and student groups since 2008. How it works
Most school orders start the same way: somebody on the PTO has a mascot image, a rough headcount and an event three weeks out. That is plenty to start with. We will clean up the artwork, show you a proof with your school colors, and walk through which garment makes sense for the group. Cotton tees for field day hold up differently than a hoodie a student will wear all winter, and we will tell you the difference in plain English.
Not sure what to put on the shirt yet? That is the fun part, and we do it every week. Mascot-forward spirit wear, grade-level field day shirts color-coded by class, tour-style back prints for band and theater, left-chest logos for staff. Our in-house artists will work up t-shirt designs for your school from whatever art you have and send a proof in your colors before anything is printed.
Screen printing is the workhorse for big grade-level and all-school runs, and it carries a minimum we confirm with your quote. For a smaller group, say the robotics club or fifteen theater kids, DTF printing has no minimum at all, so a small run is genuinely worth doing. Embroidery gives the front office and faculty polos a finished look, and custom headwear rounds out coaching staff and senior class orders.

It happens constantly and it is usually fixable. Send us whatever you have, even a photo of a sign or a scan from a yearbook. We will tell you honestly whether it will print well, and if it needs to be redrawn we will let you know before you commit to anything.
Yes. DTF printing has no minimum, so a set of shirts for the chess club or the yearbook staff is no trouble at all. Screen printing, embroidery, sublimation and headwear each carry a minimum, which we confirm when we quote you, so you can pick the option that fits the group size.
